1. Scope of Services
Pink Fin Systems provides automated review request workflows, review response writing, Google Business Profile optimization, and database reactivation campaigns for local home service businesses.
2. Month-to-Month Billing & Cancellation
All monthly recurring plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, GBP Monthly, and Bundles) are billed month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts. Clients may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice.
3. Strict No-Guarantee Policy
Pink Fin Systems does not guarantee search rankings, Google Maps 3-Pack placement, or specific review counts. Google algorithms and third-party consumer review decisions are beyond our control. We guarantee the performance of agreed-upon work: sending requests, posting replies, and executing profile optimizations.
4. Google Policy Compliance
Both parties agree to uphold Google's Terms of Service and Review Policies. Pink Fin Systems does not participate in review gating, buying fake reviews, or offering incentives for reviews. Clients agree to provide only legitimate customer contact lists from real completed jobs.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska.
